Main Material Composition

1. Body Structure: The core uses high-quality carbon structural steel (mostly Q235B or Q355B), welded and formed, with anti-corrosion surface treatment (such as painting or galvanizing), possessing high strength, high load-bearing capacity, resistant to dirt and impact, and corrosion-resistant, extending service life.

2. Power and Electrical Components: The intelligent electric flatbed cart uses high-capacity lithium or lead-acid batteries, featuring environmental friendliness, energy saving, and stable range. The motor uses high-quality asynchronous or DC motors, providing ample power and stable operation. The core components of the control system (sensors, controllers) utilize high-precision, high-reliability electrical materials to ensure the normal operation of intelligent scheduling, positioning, and obstacle avoidance functions.

3. Tracks and Wheels (Rail-Mounted Electric Flatbed Cart): The tracks are made of wear-resistant steel with a hardened surface, providing strong load-bearing capacity. The wheels are made of forged steel (commonly 65Mn or 42CrMo), heat-treated by quenching and tempering, resulting in high hardness and wear resistance, suitable for frequent rolling operations.

4. Auxiliary Components: The trackless electric flatbed cart wheels are high-strength solid rubber-coated wheels, wear-resistant and impact-resistant, suitable for free-roaming requirements. Safety protection components (electronic brakes, anti-collision warning devices) use high-quality metal and electrical materials to ensure reliable protective functions.
